Abbie Hills

Abbie comes from a talent management background and was among the first access coordinators to be trained in the UK in 2022. Living with cerebral palsy, she brings lived experience to her work and has been recognised for her entrepreneurship and impact, including winning the National Diversity Award for Positive Role Model for Disability, being named on the Diversability List in 2025, and selected for the Involve Enable Global Role Models Top 50 in 2025.

Abbie has experience across a wide range of genres and formats, with a particular focus on unscripted television. Originally starting out as a creative, she continues to write and produce her own projects alongside her work as an access coordinator.
