Caroline J. Harvey

Caroline brings over 20 years of experience in film and television, having served as an executive at Working Title, Origin Pictures, Mirage Enterprises, and most recently, Fable Pictures.

She began her career working with filmmakers Anthony Minghella and Sydney Pollack at their company Mirage, later leading their development team on projects including MARGARET, MICHAEL CLAYTON, THE INTERPRETER, and THE READER.  She developed Alexander McCall Smith's THE NO.1 LADIES' DETECTIVE AGENCY under Minghella and Richard Curtis and subsequently served as script editor on the HBO series. This formative experience at Mirage nurtured her passion for collaborating closely with talent and sharpened her instinct for character-driven stories that deliver both commercial appeal and cultural resonance.

As a producer, Caroline received a BAFTA nomination for Sam Taylor-Johnson's first narrative film, LOVE YOU MORE, and has produced several award-winning short films that screened at Cannes, Tribeca, Raindance, and the London Film Festival, including her writing and directorial debut, EMILY, which starred Felicity Jones and Christopher Eccleston.

At Fable in 2025, she created and wrote JOAN & JACKIE with the support of Dame Joan Collins and the Jackie Collins estate. The project is in development at Fable Pictures and Sony.

While continuing to produce her existing projects at Fable, she has recently transitioned to screenwriting, inspired by her work on JOAN & JACKIE. She is currently developing original material.
