Chris O'Dowd

Chris O'Dowd is an Irish actor, comedian, writer, director and executive producer. Most recently as a writer-creator, Chris created, wrote, directed three episodes of and starred in the Sky series SMALL TOWN BIG STORY, produced by Playground Entertainment and FilmNation alongside Chris' own production outfit, Hot Cod Productions (with Chris serving as executive producer on the series). Chris also co-created and co-wrote MOONE BOY alongside Nick Vincent Murphy, which was picked up for a series following Chris' LITTLE CRACKERS episode and went on to run for three series on Sky One. Chris executive produced all eighteen episodes, directed six and starred in the series as Seán Murphy. The TV series also spawned a spin-off series of books, also written by Chris and Nick.
