Hannah Doran

Hannah is a British-Irish playwright and screenwriter, currently based in London. Her debut play The Meat Kings! (Inc.) of Brooklyn Heights won the 2024 Papatango Prize and is a finalist for the 2026 Susan Smith Blackburn Prize. The Meat Kings received its world premiere production at London’s Park Theatre in 2025. Hannah was selected for the National MFA Playwrights’ Festival in 2017 with her short play A Last Night on Earth, which was produced by Theater Masters in Aspen, Colorado, and subsequently Off-Off-Broadway at Theater for the New City. She received her MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2018.
