Jo is currently developing several originals projects for film and television including a psychological female led thriller series, a Bridemaids-esque comedy feature with Aisling Bea attached and an animated family feature. As well as her original scripted work, she also wrote, directed, and produced a feature-length version of her micro-budget 30 min documentary exploring one man's battle with early onset Alzheimer's. The short version premiered at the ICA in 2012 and was broadcast in the UK by the Community Channel. It was exec produced by Geoffrey Smith (The English Surgeon, Presumed Guilty) and narrated by Dan Stevens (Downton). She has also written on Attenborough's PLANET EARTH II. Before turning her hand to screenwriting exclusively Jo was Creative Executive at Scion Films and, before that, Head of Development at Fragile Films.
