John Pocock is a highly experienced producer working in film and TV development and production, with an extensive history of working with and nurturing both new and experienced directing, acting and writing talent.

John recently produced both series of Nida Manzoor's multi award winning WE ARE LADY PARTS for Working Title, Channel 4 and Peacock. In 2023, John also made his debut as a film producer on Nida's BIFA winning debut feature POLITE SOCIETY for Working Title, which premiered at Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for several BIFAs, a London Critics Circle Award and the SXSW Audience Award among others.

John's other recent work includes Dominic Savage's BAFTA-nominated three-part drama I AM, featuring Gemma Chan, Samantha Morton and Vicky McClure; Karl Pilkington’s SICK OF IT for Sky One; Michaela Coel’s CHEWING GUM for E4 and Netflix, as well as producing an extensive list of sitcoms and sketch shows for all the major broadcasters.
