Kyla Stroud is a composer, lyricist and bookwriter, the founding force behind queer musical theatre collective Stroud & Notes, and an established singer-songwriter.

PUBLIC – The Musical, their debut original musical, set in a gender neutral public bathroom, was Playbill’s Pick of the Fringe 2023 and a Popcorn Award finalist; enjoying a critically-acclaimed, sold out run at this year’s Edinburgh Festival.

An established singer-songwriter, performing under LAKY, they have supported Emeli Sande.
