Mercedes Grower

Mercedes Grower is an award-winning British actress, writer and director. Her debut feature film "Brakes", which she wrote, directed,and starred in won the Special Mention for the Michael Powell Award at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and Special Mention at Loco Film Festival. She is adapting it for television. Her second feature film, with producers Helen Simmons (Erebus Pictures) and Kurban Kassam (Raucous Pictures), is in late stage development with the BFI.
