Moritz Valero

Moritz Valero is an access coordinator and an emerging director with disabilities. Having seen and experienced the lack of disability representation in access and support first-hand, he is passionate about improving disability matters in the industry - both in front and behind the camera and in storylines. Moritz is an advocate for disability rights and has been a speaker and panellist for organisations such as Film London and at multiple NHS events including The Autism Show. He also created the masterclass “Disabled Filmmakers in Film and Television”. Moritz is also a member of the Directors UK Disability Working Group.

Moritz has worked on a wide variety of scripted and unscripted shows with varying budgets as well as on live events and live TV.
He has also worked with large groups of people with disabilities, as well as supported shoots in challenging locations, both in the UK and abroad.
