Pete Jackson is a prolific comedy and drama writer.

His much lauded bittersweet comedy drama series set in an Alcoholics Anonymous group, LOVE IN RECOVERY, has run on BBC Radio 4 for three series and won a BBC Audio Drama Award. The series stars Rebecca Front, Paul Kaye, John Hannah, Eddie Marsan, Sue Johnston and, in the final series, Johnny Vegas, as recovering alcoholics discussing their lives at regular meetups.

Pete currently has several projects in development with Clerkenwell Films including THE BIRTH OF DANIEL F HARRIS, an 8 part drama greenlit by Channel 4; JAY, a 4 part drama, also for Ch4, which Pete has co-written with Richard Gadd; and a TV adaptation of Nick Cave’s THE DEATH OF BUNNY MUNRO. Pete also has projects in development with Merman, The Forge and Ruby Rock.

Pete’s Sky Urban Myth ONE NORMAL NIGHT which is about the time Freddie Mercury and Kenny Everett smuggled Princess Diana into the Vauxhall Tavern is available to watch on Sky Arts.
