Pier Lorenzo Pisano

Pier Lorenzo Pisano is an Italian playwright and filmmaker, whose plays have been performed across Europe and the US. His play CARBON won the 56th Riccione Theatre Award, and his debut short film As it is on earth was selected in competition at the 71st Cannes Film Festival. He has also won all the major Italian playwriting and screenwriting awards (Tondelli Award, Solinas Award, Hystrio Award) and was selected as part of the international project Fabulamundi-Playwriting Europe.
