Rebecca is currently working with Peter Straughan on his thriller BERLIN NOIR for Bad Wolf/Apple TV. She has written two episodes of Bryony Kimmings’ THE RAPTURE for Mammoth Screen which is out this summer on BBC1. In 2025 she was Dancing Ledge Production’s Writer in Residence and a Broadcast Hotshot.
Rebecca was on the BBC Drama Writers Programme (2019) working with Kudos North to develop a drama about her work with young women in prison. Simultaneously, she ran the Young Women’s Programme at Clean Break Theatre Company.
She now has solo projects in development with a number of production companies including Pathé and Bonafide. She has written extensively for young adults including National Youth Theatre, York Theatre Royal, West Yorkshire Playhouse and the Bush.
Rebecca was previously an actor with major roles in Shane Meadows’ acclaimed series THIS IS ENGLAND and Clio Barnard’s award winning film, THE SELFISH GIANT.
