Sarah Morgan is a screenwriter working in the US and UK.

She is currently adapting REDLANDS, the Image graphic novel by Jordie Bellaire, as a feminist horror series for UCP/NBC Universal.

She has created her own original comedy and comedy-drama pilots for (amongst others) BBC STUDIOS, SKY, ITV, FX, UCP and APPLE, and developed several book and graphic novel adaptations for screen.

Sarah is also a sought-after Script Editor/Consulting Producer, working with the writing team on shows like INTELLIGENCE (Sky One/Peacock) and the forthcoming LOVE ADDICTS (Amazon). Behind the scenes, she particularly enjoys working with emerging voices and stand ups, helping adapt their material into narrative. Details on request.

She’s worked in many writer’s rooms including the EE BRITISH ACADEMY FILM AWARDS, NOT GOING OUT, HORRIBLE HISTORIES, MORGANA ROBINSON’S THE AGENCY, TRACEY ULLMAN’S SHOW and BIGIPEDIA. She has written for Dave Gorman on five series of DAVE GORMAN’S MODERN LIFE IS GOODISH/TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (Avalon/Dave).

She is the co-author of BUBBLE (with Jordan Morris), the international best-selling sci-fi graphic novel based on the hit podcast, which received a 2021 starred review by Publishers Weekly.

A life-long fan of genre and horror, she is the host and creator of THE FEAR, a podcast about the overlap between comedy and horror.
