Scarlett Kefford

Scarlett is a Bridge06 & ScreenSkills trained Access Coordinator and disability rights activist. They are also an award-nominated screenwriter and 'sit-down' comedian whose style and sense of humour are influenced by their lived experience of being a disabled, neurodiverse, queer, working-class person born and bred in Birmingham.

Scarlett previously worked as a Production Co-ordinator and Second AD on popular shows such as BBC’s Doctors and Casualty, as Production Manager for short films, stop motion animation and commercials and has been three times nominated for Midlands RTS Awards for self-produced works with their social enterprise, Script Sirens. Script Sirens were nominated for a National Diversity Award in 2022.
