Yarit is an established fight director, movement director and IDC certified intimacy director & coordinator working across stage and screen. In 2019 she was the first Intimacy Director on a West End show and helped establish the role in the UK across theatre, dance and musicals.
Her training background includes a variety of movement disciplines which make her interdisciplinary skillset unique.
After graduating in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire she studied Devising & Jacques Lecoq Physical Theatre at LISPA (now Arthaus Berlin) and holds an MA in Directing.
Yarit is a fully certified BASSC Stage Combat Teacher and is an Ensemble Associate Artist of The Shakespeare’s Globe, Associate of the Director’s Cut Theatre and Associate Tutor of RADA.
